Registration Fees  

We are delighted to offer the 2018 conference, as the same registrations fees as the 2016 conference:

STANDARD - From Saturday 04 August
Member - $695.00
Non member - $795.00
One day registration - $425.00
Student registration - $445.00

EARLY BIRD - Prior to Friday 03 August
Member - $525.00
Non member - $625.00
One day registration - $325.00
Student registration - $345.00

Member: TESOLANZ, CLANZ or ACTA membership. 

Day Registration includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions for one day
  • Day catering for one day

Full Registration includes: 

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Day catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
  • One ticket to the Networking Function   

Payment is by:

  • Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and a secure link is provided
  • Tax invoice. Payment terms – 20th of the month - this needs to be printed / downloaded at the conclusion of your registration

Online registration allows two options to register delegates:

  1. Register as an individual
  2. Register as a group (eg: a number of staff members) all at once.
    When registering as a group, please ensure you have the following details for each person you are registering:
  • Email address
  • If they wish to attend the Networking function and the Conference Dinner
  • Any special dietary requirements
  • Emergency contact person and phone number

An automatic email will be sent at the completion of your registration. If you have chosen to pay by invoice please ensure you print / download the invoice at the complettion of your registration.


  • All registrations and social tickets must be accompanied by full payment by the due date on the tax invoice issued.
  • If full payment is not received by Friday 03 August 2018, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.
  • Registrations paid by credit card, will appear on your statement as Composition Ltd (Conference Organisers).
  • The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entry for any delegate registration.
  • The information supplied on your registration may be shared and used TESOLANZ, unless you advise in writing to the Organising Committee your name will be included in the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.


Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by  31 August 2018. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Please notify the Conference Organsiers on email:

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
